Technical Specifications
| Equipment | Battery Ah | Set Knob To |
|---|---|---|
| Small Electric Stacker | 50–80 Ah | 6–8 A |
| Standard Electric Stacker | 80–120 Ah | 10–12 A |
| Forklift / Pallet Jack | 120–160 Ah | 14–16 A |
| Large Forklift / Floor Scrubber | 160–200 Ah | 18–20 A |
| DG Set / Industrial UPS | 100–200+ Ah | 10–20 A |
💡 Rule of thumb: Set amps to 10% of battery Ah. 100Ah → 10A · 150Ah → 15A · 200Ah → 20A. Reduce 2–3A if battery becomes warm.
Charging Time Calculator
How long to charge your 24V stacker battery?
-
1
Connect clamps correctly. Red (+) to positive terminal, Black (–) to negative. Verify polarity before switching on.
-
2
Set to BOOST mode. Flip the FCBC switch to BOOST. This applies ~28–29V needed to recover a flat stacker battery.
-
3
Set the charging current. Turn the variable knob to ~10% of battery Ah — 100Ah → 10A, 150Ah → 15A, 200Ah → 20A.
-
4
Monitor the digital amp meter. Current decreases gradually as battery charges. This is normal FCBC behaviour — no adjustment needed.
-
5
Switch to FLOAT when complete. When meter reads near 0A, battery is fully charged. Switch to FLOAT for safe overnight maintenance, or disconnect completely.
