1. Replacement Policy: We offer a 3-day replacement/exchange-only policy for manufacturing defects or transit damage. No returns or cash refunds are applicable once the product is dispatched (replacement/exchange only). An unboxing video is required as proof of the product’s condition at the time of delivery.
2. Warranty: This 24V 10A commercial charger carries a 6-month off-site warranty from the date of invoice, covering internal circuit failure only. Physical damage, wire cuts, misuse, and water exposure are not covered.
3. Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once the shipment is handed over to the courier, cancellation is not possible.
